Alkalinity

The human body has a very sensitive balance between Acid and Alkaline. As healthy individuals we require a precise, balanced alkalinity of our bloodstream, maintained by the foods we eat. When our blood is an alkaline pH level between 7.36 and 7.45 we are bursting with energy, have a 'bullet proof' immune system, the skin, bones and cells regenerate keeping us young.
