Are the products gluten free?

All products are gluten free except for the YOR MRP however gluten sensitivity and other digestive inflammation problems can be exacerbated by having a digestive system that isn't functioning correctly. By taking the YOR health products you are helping to switch on your digestive system and keep it clean and functioning at its peak along with a good diet.

Are the products vegan friendly?

All of the products are vegan friendly except for the YOR MRP which contains whey protein which is derived from dairy.

Can I take the products if I'm fructose or lactose intolerant?

The products are fructose free, however if you are lactose intolerant we recommend you stay clear of the MRP which has milk derived protein. Because our products have such a broad spectrum of enzymes many people have found that their 'intolerances' are merely because their body doesn't have the adequate digestive enzymes to deal with particular foods.

Can I take these products while I'm pregnant?

How do I create an account and order my products?

  1. If you would like to create an account, click on 'Buy YOR Health' at the bottom of any page.
  2. Choose 'Select Customer' as your Enrollment Selection, choose your Country & Language
  3. Check that your sponsor is verified as 'YORPremiumHealth' and click 'Next'
  4. Select your set e.g. Go Green Set (All sets are customizable, meaning that you can remove or add products as you please)
  5. Check the 'Autoship' box to get WHOLESALE price and convenient delivery of products every 4 weeks. This can be turned off or amended later on when you log into your account

How do I edit my account information?

Login to YOR Health. Click on "Manage Account" and then onto "Account Information". Once you have done that, click "Edit" and then from here you can edit all of your account information.

How do I change my password?

Login to YOR Health. Click on "Manage Account" and then onto "Account Information". From there click "Edit" and then you can change your password. You can also update your shipment and billing address at anytime.

Do you ship to my country?

What does Autoship mean?

Autoship means that your order is sent to you automatically every 4 weeks, without any action on your part. This is particularly useful when ordering vitamins or any product that you will use on a regular basis.

Do I have to sign up for Autoship when I become a 'Select Customer'?

No, you can simply choose to sign up as a 'Select Customer' without Autoship. However, you will not be able to take advantage of the extra 15%-24% auto ship discount on your orders.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend each month when I am on Autoship?

There is no minimum order, and you can cancel or put your Autoship on hold at any time.

Do I have to order the same products each month when I am on Autoship?

No, you can change your order every month online. It's fast and simple.

Can I put on hold or cancel my Autoship at any time?

Yes, if you see that you are accumulating too much product and don't want your Autoship delivered next month, you can put it on hold and set a resume date.

How do I remove Autoship?

Please go to Manage Autoship to remove your Autoship(s). Click the REMOVE button located on the left hand column. Please be sure to click Remove AGAIN to confirm that you wish to remove your Autoship.

How do I edit my Autoship?

Please go to Manage Autoship to edit your Autoship(s). Click the EDIT button located on the left hand column. Please Click the NEXT STEP button located at the top to proceed and complete the following steps:

  1. Step 1 - Product Selection
  2. Step 2 - Ship Cycle
  3. Step 3 - Select a Shipping Location
  4. Step 4 - Select a Shipping Type
  5. Step 5 - Select a Payment Method

Please review your entries and click on SAVE to save changes.
